Mile High Runners is a local running club for training and friendship. We exist in order to promote healthy, happy running in our area. We offer three times a week training sessions as well as individualized training plans with unlimited email access to a coach to help you reach your goals. If you want to begin a running program, get faster, or simply enjoy training with others, come join us! We meet early in the mornings on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Many in the club also meet informally to train on other days of the week. We’d love to see the local running community thrive and hope to be an integral part of helping you reach your own personal goals.
