We offer Tuesday (5:30 a.m.) and Thursday (5:30 a.m.) group training with coaching. On Saturday mornings we meet for an informal run at 6:30 a.m. On Saturdays, the coaches will be there but will not be providing specific workouts.

1. We work in blocks/sessions as follows (***You can join at any time, not just at the beginning of a block and you can pay one month at a time. We will prorate the fees accordingly.):

June-July (2 month)

Dec-Jan (2 month)

Feb-May (4 month)

2. Payment is per block as follows:

For a general plan in which we provide Tuesday or Thursday speed training, Saturday informal coaching, unlimited email access re: questions, etc, administrative work to manage the club, the website, etc:

$50/month – individual

$90/month – family of 2

$125/month – family of 3

3. In addition we offer customized, individualized training plans (5k through marathon) for those who want more specific direction from a coach. The coaches will work with you on an individualized basis to customize your training plan for your upcoming races and goals.

$60 one time fee for 8 week program. We recommend a 12-16 week build up for goal races, assuming a reasonable level of fitness when entering the training phase.

4. Not sure you can make it consistently to the workouts? We have a $15.00 drop-in fee for Tuesday and Thursday morning workouts.

***It is fine to join the club in the middle of a training cycle because we can prorate the monthly dues.
