General Plan Includes:

  • Tuesday and Thursday speed sessions

Training Blocks

  • Feb – March (2 months)
  • April – May (2 months)
  • June-July (2 months)
  • Aug-Sept (2 months)
  • Oct-Nov (2 months)
  • Dec -Jan (2 months)

$50/month– individual
$90/month – family of 2
$125/month – family of 3

You are welcome to join at any time, fees will be prorated accordingly!

Not sure you can make it every week? We have a $15 drop-in fee for Tuesday and Thursday morning workouts.

Specialized Training

We offer customized, individualized training plans for 5k through Marathon distances.
These plans provide more specific direction, including customized workouts to meet your personal goals.

We recommend a 12-16 week buildup for goal races, assuming a base fitness level when starting a new plan.
